Any standard Evans Cooling Systems, Inc. product may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund, item must be returned in original unaltered condition. Refund product only - UPS charges are non-refundable. A copy of the original invoice and reason for return must be stated on the return. After the product is received and inspected at Evans, a credit or refund will be issued. Any product which has been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. There are no returns on any special items or custom items. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
